Exchange Policy
You may apply for an exchange or return within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags and packaging are intact.
- The item is in resalable condition.
❌ Not Eligible for Exchange/Return:
- Requests made after 15 days of delivery.
- Products that are used, washed, or damaged.
- Items without original tags/packaging.
- Sale or discounted items (optional – you can decide to keep non-exchangeable).
- Fragrances, accessories, or jewellery.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order anytime before it has been processed for shipment.
Signature Trends reserves the right to cancel orders in situations such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or failed quality checks.
